Whole Bean Coffee - Guatemala (5lb Bag)

Guatemala coffees are roasted to our darkest roast available. Tobacco and caramel are common notes found in coffees from the region we source our Guatemala from.

To brew into a 1-Gallon airpot, use 200 grams on a medium to coarse grind.  If the brewed coffee tastes overly watery, weak or thin, make your grind a little finer.  A 5lb Bag should yield roughly 11 1-Gallon airpots.  If you are brewing smaller batches, the general rule of thumb is:  The less coffee being used, the finer the grind can be, so brewing a 2.2 liter airpot would require a finer grind than brewing a 3.8 Liter (1 Gallon) airpot.
