Barracuda Bite is singing from the heart and hitting all the high notes. Literally. Grown in the mountains of Ethiopia, this high altitude coffee displays a bright acidity with pronounced blueberry notes. It is crisp and clean in the cup with a complexity of floral notes in the aroma, sometimes with a pickup note of toasted coconut. We recommend brewing this one a bit hotter or taking the grind slightly finer to maximize extraction.
